1. Our Service Promise

At baliproofoffunds.com, our commitment is to provide a transparent, efficient, and professional service for your Indonesia visa application. Our core service promise encompasses an honest and thorough assessment of your eligibility, meticulous preparation of all required documentation, and the timely submission of your complete application to the relevant Indonesian government authority, Kantor Imigrasi (Immigration Office) or Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Ministry of Law and Human Rights). We pledge to guide you through the complex process with integrity and expertise. It is crucial to understand, however, that while we facilitate the application process, we cannot and do not promise government approval of your visa. The final decision rests solely with the Indonesian government, and no agent or consultancy can guarantee such an outcome. Our role is to maximize your chances of success by ensuring your application is robust and compliant with current regulations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy is structured to reflect the stages of work completed and the resources invested in your application. Refunds apply only to the agent fees paid to baliproofoffunds.com and are subject to the following conditions:

  • BEFORE we submit your application to Imigrasi: If you decide to withdraw your application before we have formally submitted it to the Indonesian Immigration Office, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the agent fees. The remaining 20% is retained by us to cover the administrative costs incurred, including initial consultations, eligibility assessments, file creation, preliminary document review, and staff time allocated to your case prior to submission.
  • AFTER submission to Imigrasi but BEFORE biometric/interview: Should you withdraw your application or if circumstances change after your application has been formally submitted to Imigrasi but prior to your scheduled biometric data collection or interview, you are eligible for a 30% refund of the agent fees. At this stage, a significant portion of our work, including comprehensive documentation preparation, submission, and initial liaison with government bodies, has been completed. The retained fee covers these substantial efforts.
  • AFTER biometric/interview completed: Once you have successfully completed your biometric data collection and/or interview with Imigrasi, our primary service deliverables are considered fulfilled. Therefore, no refund will be issued at this stage. Our work in preparing and submitting your application, and guiding you through the initial government interaction, is complete, and the application process is now fully within the government’s purview.

3. Government Fee Refunds

It is important for all clients to understand that any fees paid directly to the Indonesian government, such as visa application fees, telex fees, or any other statutory charges mandated by Kantor Imigrasi or Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, are strictly NOT refundable under any circumstance. These are statutory fees that baliproofoffunds.com collects from you and passes directly to the relevant government authorities on your behalf. We act purely as a conduit for these payments. Once these fees have been remitted to the government, they are typically non-recoverable by us or the applicant, regardless of the application’s outcome, withdrawal, or any changes in government policy. This policy aligns with standard government procedures for processing official applications.

4. Application Rejection by Government

The outcome of a visa application is ultimately a government decision. Our refund policy addresses rejections based on the following:

  • If Imigrasi rejects your application due to your eligibility or document issues: Should your application be rejected by the Indonesian government due to factors related to your personal eligibility (e.g., criminal record, previous overstay, failure to meet financial requirements, misrepresentation of facts) or issues with documents that you provided to us (e.g., forged documents, incomplete information not disclosed to us, expired passports), you will NOT be eligible for any refund of agent fees. Our service is based on the information and documents you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for issues stemming from your personal circumstances or the veracity of your submitted materials.
  • If rejection is due to OUR documentation error: In the rare event that your application is rejected solely and demonstrably due to a verifiable error on our part in the preparation or submission of your documentation (e.g., incorrect form completion by our staff, omission of a document that you properly provided to us for submission, clerical errors introduced by baliproofoffunds.com), we will provide a 100% refund of your agent fees. Furthermore, we commit to offering full assistance with the re-submission of your application, free of any additional agent fees, to rectify our error and help you proceed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must submit a formal request via email to our dedicated support channel. Please send your email to bd@juaraholding.com. It is imperative that the subject line of your email clearly states: “Refund Request — [Your Full Name] — [Your File Reference Number]”. In the body of your email, please include the following essential information to expedite the processing of your request: the original date of your engagement letter or service agreement, a clear description of the services that have been delivered to date, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request. Providing comprehensive information upfront will assist us in a swift review. We commit to acknowledging receipt of your refund request and providing an initial response within 5 business days of receiving your email.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy, the processing of your refund will commence. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction, where technically feasible. This may include a bank transfer to your designated account, a credit card refund reversal, or through secure payment platforms such as Wise. We will endeavor to use the most efficient and secure method available. Please note that the refund will be processed in the same currency as the original payment, ensuring consistency and mitigating any currency exchange rate fluctuations from our end. Any potential bank charges or intermediary fees incurred during the refund transfer may be deducted by your receiving bank, which is beyond our control.

7. Disputes

We commit to a 14-day resolution attempt period, during which we will actively work with you to understand and address your concerns. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within this 14-day period, any unresolved disputes arising from or in connection with our service agreement or this policy shall be exclusively referred to and finally resolved by the Indonesian Court of Commerce (Pengadilan Niaga Denpasar), in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. This jurisdiction is stipulated in our service agreement and is binding on both parties.

8. Force Majeure

Baliproofoffunds.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, or significant changes in government policy. Specifically, government policy changes that may temporarily or permanently pause certain visa categories, introduce new requirements, or alter processing times, do not trigger eligibility for a refund of agent fees. Our service involves the preparation and submission of your application based on the regulations existing at the time of service delivery. Once our service is delivered in accordance with these regulations, any subsequent government decision or policy shift is beyond our control and does not negate the value of the work already performed.
